Delete your PicPlay account and data

Delete immediately in the app
Sign in to PicPlay, tap the account icon at the top right, and choose “Delete account” near the bottom of the Invite Friends screen. After confirmation, PicPlay deletes the Firebase login account and the associated usage, entitlement, and referral records from its server.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email us from or include the address used for your account. We will verify the request and delete the account and associated data.
What is deleted or retained
We delete the login account, daily usage records, PicPlay purchase entitlements, invite code, and referral claim records. Google Play or App Store transaction records may remain under the store’s retention policies and applicable law.
