Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

PicPlay processes a random app-installation identifier, login account identifier and email address, feature usage records, and store product and transaction identifiers to enforce daily limits and maintain purchase entitlements. We do not collect contacts or advertising identifiers.

A birth year entered for the parent check is used only in device memory to confirm adult access to photo, account, and purchase areas. It is not stored or sent to our server.

2. Photo processing

Puzzles are processed on the device. When you choose an AI coloring page, the device reduces and compresses the image before uploading it temporarily to SF1. Its URL is sent to the AI processor, and the temporary source is deleted after the request finishes. You may save the generated result locally.

3. Retention and sharing

Usage and purchase records are retained as needed to operate the service, prevent duplicate grants, and handle refunds. We do not sell personal information. Google Play and Apple process payment information under their own policies.

4. Children and parent rights

PicPlay is a creative tool intended for use with a parent or guardian. Children are not asked to create an account or make a purchase. A guardian may request access or deletion using the contact below.

5. Security and contact

We encrypt data in transit and never place server credentials in the app. Send privacy or deletion requests to the address below.
